A Universal traveler, that has grown up around the world and made most if his career in the unmanned vehicles industry. In 2017, after a personal accident, he was injured in his right arm and the realization of the many challenges people with disabilities deal with daily were experienced in first person. One of the most challenging activities for Shay both Physically and mentally was getting dressed in his own style and he have figured out that the shopping experience of people with disabilities, is frusrtating, dependent and limited what led him to create Palta - The world´s first AI-driven marketplace for people with disabilities in fashion.
