Founder of SLP Tools.ai

Izzy, aka Mr. Speechy, is a former U.S. Naval Intelligence specialist who served in San Diego, Hawaii, and Australia, supporting PACOM's objectives between 2015-2022. He began his journey in communication through American Sign Language, originally intending to become an ASL interpreter; however, that passion eventually led him to speech-language pathology.

Now an independent contractor serving the Arlington School District, he works directly with students in both developmental preschool and high school. He’s also the founder of SLP Tools.ai blending his clinical experience with crafting SLP-first AI technology.

Outside of work, he is steadily working toward joining the 1,000-pound club in weightlifting. A milestone that has been over a year in the making.

And every two weeks, there’s one thing he always looks forward to: homemade pizza, made by his wife Kaylee.
